Thank you for booking with the Dorsi Spinal Institute. If this is your first visit to the practice, please check your email as there will be a medical questionnaire that needs to be completed prior to your visit.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice, which is standard in healthcare clinics. if not followed, we reserve the right to charge the full fee for the appointment.
